Delete your Blockrium account and data.

How to request deletion

• Email support@blockrium.com from your registered email address.
• Use the subject "Blockrium Account Deletion Request".
• Include your Blockrium user ID, UID, username, or registered email.
• You may also use Delete Account inside Profile, Account, or Settings if available in your app version.

Data deleted

• Account profile details, UID, referral code, email, phone number, and profile settings.
• App-controlled wallet reward records, mining sessions, reward claims, tasks, referrals, leaderboard activity, and notification tokens.
• Support and marketing preference records linked to the app account.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, reward abuse prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, platform integrity, or regulatory obligations.

Blockchain limitation

Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by Blockrium because blockchain networks are decentralized. Blockrium deletes the app account data and related user records it controls.
